Information you give us directly. When you request a tour, submit an inquiry form, book a consultation, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, your wedding or event date, and your estimated guest count.
Information you give us through social media. If you contact us or submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you submit on that form, which may be pre-filled from your social media profile.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, standard web analytics may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
Information from clients under contract. If you book an event with us, we collect additional information necessary to plan and host it, including billing details, vendor contacts, event timelines, and guest counts.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and schedule your venue tour; send you pricing, availability, and package information you have asked for; plan, coordinate, and host your event if you book with us; send invoices and process payments; follow up about your inquiry, including by phone call, text message, and email; and improve our website and understand which marketing brings people to us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
HoneyBook, our booking, scheduling, contract, and invoicing system.
Square, for payment processing.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising and lead forms.
Google, for email and website analytics.
Event vendors. When you have booked with us, we share the details necessary for your event with the specific vendors working it, such as caterers, photographers, bartenders, and rental companies.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone call and text message about your inquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand site traffic. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Refusing cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
